Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full payment at the time of purchase. The product will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

EU/EEA Customers – If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies starting from the day you receive the product, regardless of the pre-order nature of the purchase.

Non-EU Customers – For customers outside the EU/EEA, pre-orders are generally non-cancellable once placed.

If there is an issue with your product (such as damage, defects, or delivery problems), you may request a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
